My name is Chris Hollis and I am the founder of Chollis Fitness. The name ‘Chollis’ was originated from a nickname given to me by some of my former football team mates and the name has stuck even since then.
I am qualified in Level 2 Fitness Instructing, Level 3 Personal Trainer, First Aid at Work, Kettlebell Instructing, Circuit Training, Core Stability, Advanced Nutrition for Weight Management, Boxercise and an Ante/Post Natal exercise instructor. I am also a member of Unikurve Fitness.
I have been in the Fitness industry since September 2009 learning my trade, gaining valuable experience and improving my knowledge of what it takes to be successful in this business. I completed college with two courses under my belt; ‘BTEC First Diploma in Sport’ and a ‘BTEC National Diploma in Sport.’
I played football most of my life, playing for teams such as Ascot United Football Club. In this time I managed to win 35 trophies and 6 medals in this timescale so I know what it takes to not only win, but to achieve great things which hopefully I can rub off onto all of my clients.
I was also scouted to play in America for several universities out there to play at a semi-professional level. I have turned my attention to competing in fitness obstacle races which I do frequently throughout the year. Events such as Spartan Races and Mens Health Survival Of The Fittest. I will be taking clients on these obstacles races soon as a new project for Chollis Fitness.
