Absolutely amazing gym. The guys are amazing and know you by name - little touches like that mean a lot. The equipment is best in class and the gym is never too busy. I would highly recommend this place I feel completely at ease here. Plus they play some banging tunes! Cheers guys!
I joined Arena Fit when it opened almost a year ago and have loved it ever since. I've been a member of a few gyms over the past few years and this has to be one of the best. All the staff are so friendly, approachable and seriously know their stuff. I have recommended this gym to everyone I know and will continue to do so.
Moved nearby and found ArenaFit by chance on a google search- After moving from another country I needed some motivation to get back into a fitness routine. Really happy I stepped into this gym. The owners are great, it's never over-run with people (like a lot of the bigger corporations) and there is always great music playing. The gym is very well equipped, which is great to help you challenge and vary your workouts. Sam also supplies some great HIIT and strength training on the board daily- which is great if you're unsure what to do that day, or just stuck for motivation. Awesome job and definitely recommend!
I recently joined Arenafit and am so so glad that I did. The gym itself is fairly small but perfectly formed. It’s perfect for a good workout without feeling that everyone is on top of you. I have been taking advantage of doing the boot camps with Sam. He is an outstanding instructor taking the time to create ‘fun’ activities that are different, no time is the same and he always makes sure that you are doing everything correctly, which is obviously very important.
Trained with Sam now for a number of years and highly recommend it. He knows his stuff and I like the way he adapts his approach around any historic issues you have with body & training. I really like the approach at the gym... you feel like a genuine member rather then a number and all the trainers are very approachable / helpful and care about what they’re doing. They run tough bootcamps though, but you feel like really achieved something at end of them. Highly recommended.
I found out about arena fit about 2 months ago with a friend recommending me, after my first visit I signed up very swiftly, after not working out for nearly a year due to having my second child. I love the boot camp sessions in the evening perfect for parents with children, or busy working lives! Iv been in sessions with Sam and Tom both brilliant, with a mixture of exercises a bit like circuit training I always feel like Iv had a good work out. The gym itself is full of friendly people, great music and lots of different equipment to challenge yourself with. Excellent gym well recommended
I started training with Jason in June as I wanted an intense programme for weight loss and to improve my overall fitness and tone. Jason's programme was tough but manageable as he put together a nutrition & diet programme to compliment my training and to ultimately lose weight. After 3 months of training once a week and following Jason's programme when on my own, along with diet advice I have now managed to lose nearly 2 stone in weight. The results have been fantastic and I now see Jason on a weekly basis as I 've been so impressed with what he's helped me achieve. Top rate trainer!
I have been training with Jason for the last 4 years and he is without question the best trainer I have had, since moving from LA to London eight years ago. With his extensive knowledge of personal fitness training and nutrition, he has the ability to change the way you look and feel. I come away from each session feeling fitter and stronger. He is an expert at reducing body fat and building muscle and Jason reaches muscles that other trainers cannot reach!
Testimonials I've trained with many PT's in the past, but none like Jason. I have health problems that impact my balance, coordination and muscle endurance. After two sessions with Jason, I was able to do walking lunges holding weights—something that may sound easy, but I had never been able to do. How Jason helped me accomplish it was simple: He watched how my legs and feet moved naturally, then tweaked my stance and gave a few other tips. Voilà, I suddenly had balance. Thanks to Jason's guidance, balance isn't the only improvement I've experienced. My muscle strength, endurance and tone have all improved dramatically as well. Jason instilled confidence immediately and has continued giving me exactly the right type of motivation and challenge—often even before I know I need it.
